Three of the most admired blues musicians in Spain and members of the «Superband» Mingo, Coloma & Simón Blues Express, join forces and have further enriched this special 2018 Tour project with the incorporation of the prestigious American blues singer Tia Carroll, a West Coast star in her own rights.
Each of these powerhouse musicians lead the best bands of American Root Music in this country, Mingo & The Blues Intruders, Lluís Coloma Trio and Red House respectively. With the incorporation of this great Californian vocalist they have produced an incomparable show. Take a look at some of the photos, videos and of 3 successful performances they had in July 2017 at San Javier Jazz Festival, Barcelona Blues Festival and Clamores hall in Madrid.
As a result of the success obtained in 2018 they meet again, this time in July with three performances at the Central cafe in Madrid and at the Hondarribia Blues Festival, and in 2019 at the «Vila Blues 2019» in Vilagarcía de Arousa.
Tia Carroll has been honored as Best Vocalist of 2007 by the West Coast Blues Hall of Fame, Best Blues Woman in 2008 by Jus Blues Music Foundation, Best R & B Vocalist of 2011 and Best vocalist in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame competition of the year 2012 and the Northern California Entertainers award of Best Female Blues Vocalist 2016.

Tres de los músicos de blues más admirados de España, miembros del “Supergrupo” Mingo, Coloma & Simón Blues Express, unen sus fuerzas y se enriquecen aún más con un proyecto especial que incluye la incorporación de la prestigiosa cantante de blues estadounidense Tia Carroll, toda una estrella del West Coast.
Si ya cada uno de ellos lideran tres de las mejores bandas de la Música de Raíz Americana en este país, Mingo & The Blues Intruders, Lluís Coloma Trío y Red House respectivamente, la incorporación de esta gran vocalista californiana, da una vuelta de tuerca más en un show definitivo e inigualable; prueba de ello las tres exitosas actuaciones que tuvieron en julio de 2017 en el Festival de Jazz de San Javier, el Festival de Blues de Barcelona y la sala Clamores en Madrid.
En vista del éxito obtenido en 2018 se vuelven a reunir, en esta ocasión de nuevo en julio con tres actuaciones en el café Central en Madrid y en el festival de Blues de Hondarribia, y en 2019 en el «Vila Blues 2019» de Vilagarcía de Arousa.
Tia Carroll ha sido galardonada como mejor vocalista del año 2007, por el » West Coast Blues Hall of Fame», mejor mujer de blues tradicional en el año 2008 por la «Jus Blues Music Foundation’s» , mejor vocalista de R&B del año 2011 y mejor vocalista en la competición Rock & Roll Hall of Fame del año 2012.
